The IP22569 ODBC driver readme states

    The TSM ODBC driver is supported on the following Microsoft
    operating systems:

       - Windows 98
       - Windows Me
       - Windows NT 4.0 (SP 4 or higher)
       - Windows 2000

yet when I try to install it on my Win98SE system, the installer
complains that it is not supported on Win95 and Win98.

Installer error or READme error or something else?
