If the hardware manual and customer engineer say you can do this, I do not
see why not.  But, I am betting you will have to reconfigure the library
somehow to do this so the additional drive is recognized.

Hi all,

I want to remove the tapedrive from a magstar MP 3570 tape subsystems model
C01 and place it in our magstar MP 3575 tape library model L24 which already
contains 3 drives, so there room for 3 more.

Are there things I should take into consideration? I cannot fin anything on
this in the manuals delivered with the libraries.
