This could be IC33683 (fixed in 5.1.5.0, due out 11 October). If you can't
wait until then, open a problem with support, and they should be able to
provide you with a circumvention for 4.2.2. Note that there are no plans
to fix this in 4.2.x.

I have TSM server 4.2.2.10 and Client 4.2.2.0 on NT 4.0 SP6a. Have
been backing up o.k and now need a Bare Metal Restore. Reloaded OS
and then TSM. Start restore of C drive. Gets to about 1.1 GB restored

and gets Dr. Watson exception violation error. Tried again and same
error.
dsmeeror.log shows this:

10/09/2002 13:26:49 TcpInit(): SearchPath(WININET.DLL): Win32 RC = 0
10/09/2002 13:37:28 fioWrite: Unknown structured data type, file: 'C:
\WINNT\system32\TMPF8.tmp'
10/09/2002 13:37:29 ANS4014E Error processing '\\hfscmhl7mpd\c
$\WINNT\system32\sortkey.nls': unknown system error (150)
encountered.  Program ending.

Any ideas what problem is? I am having difficulty getting to IBM ftp
site (
our ptoblem).

Thanks,
