TSM people,

I am trying to perform a dsmserv restore db on a brand new TSM Server
4.2.1 running on a Windows 2000 Server machine. This db is stored on a
tape automated library (IBM 3590) and was backed up from a TSM 4.1.0
Server on another machine, also W2000.

Below is what appears at the DOS dialog where I issued the restore db
command:

D:\TSM421\server>dsmserv restore db volume=T00039 devclass=359CLASS8
commit=YES

=====================================================================

For this particu;ar error message (ANR8300E) the Ask Tivoli website tells
me to execute an AUDIT LIBRARY command from the command line ....

By the way, the command line option at the Windows Start menu does not
stays oppened (!!??). It just blinks and then disappear. I have to use the
DOS window and work from there.

Any help is highly apreciated. Thank you.
