I am getting reports from Windows 5.1 clients that their backups start
out fast but once they get to somewhere between 1 and 2 gig of data they
slow to a crawl.  The only known work around is to cancel the backup and
restart it at which point it resumes fast backups until it gets to a gig
or so again.

Anyone else seen this or know of a solution?

The tsm server is 5.1.1.0 running on Aix 5.1.0.0.
