Check you client dsm.sys file(Notes client) see what
the
TCPWINDOWSIZE          1024
TCPBUFFSIZE            128
TXNBYTELIMIT           25600
TCPNODELAY             YES
LARGECOMMBUFFERS       YES

I get decent thruput with this, I am also on SP using
the switch..
