        I have setup tsm servers before and not hit this problem.
I can connect on the command line but when I http to 1580, the
connection halts.
I have tried tsm 4.2 and 4.1 and now gone back to 3.7 which used to
work fine.
It is on a private lan and to rule out the network, I have tried a
cross cable between my laptop and the server.
I have tried two different servers j40 and c20.
I have tried my usual linux mdk82 and then win2k to connect with.
Every browser just sits there till it times out...

I know it's probably something obvious, I have even gone back to my
manual from the course.
