Thanks, Del. I passed this on to the admin. A quick question...does the
DOMDSMC.EXE complete with  valid return codes? The DOMDSM.LOG says that the
backup finished with errors. If I were to EXIT with the ERRORLEVEL from
DOMDSMC I should then see the schedule event Fail.

Bill,

This is a read/write or file permissions problem.
This error is coming back from the Domino server.
It appears that the permissions on those files (databases)
are set such that the backup process cannot update the file.
Check the permissions on those databases to make sure
they are not read-only or have some other type of
permissions set that would prevent them from being updated.
The Domino server needs to stamp them with the
fact that they are being backed up.
