Hi Michael!
Why did you install 4.2.1.0 while 4.2.2.0 is available?
Kindest regards,

Subject: U0301 Abends on version 4.2.1.0

Since we upgraded to version v4.2.1.0 on Friday, August 2nd, I am seeing
the following abends on a daily basis:

 DM0001S Run-time assertion failed: "txnP->waitingForLock == NULL", Thread
836, File TMLOCK, Line 568
 DSM server terminating operation - internal error TXNLOCK15 detected.
TSM abending: SIGNAL_ERROR code 0000012D called from location 12D3A4CC

This is causing a u0301 abend, and the server crashes.

We are currently running v4.2.10, on OS/390 v2.8.

Thanks for any help someone can provide!
