Even if you can find a way to modify the page size I am afraid the answer
to your question would be "no".
TSM DB is having fixed pagesize 4kB. DB2 allows to have variable page size
for different tablespaces.

Can increasing the database buffer pool size increase the backup and
restore performance of theTSM database. see following:
