This was an old subject that I kept around because I thought about writing a
Share Requirement related to it.

For SAP, TSM has a beautiful interface to capture a backup or restore in
process with time intervals and hold a history of its progress.  And, replay
these backup/restores, all the sessions, file throughputs etc.  We have even
used it to debug and tune our SAP backup and restores and to help Tivoli
with debugging performance issues.

I can see for the same purposes we are using the SAP Admin Assistant it
would be nice if we could get something like it for at least all of the
TDPs.

Has anyone else used the SAP/R3 Admin Assistant that could comment on my
assessment?
