So why not just set the randomization parameter to 0? It only affects
clients using polling scheduling mode so chances are good it wouldn't affect
the rest of his systems (though I suppose his entire environment might be
set to polling in which case it might be an issue depending on how he
schedules his nodes). Just seems easier to deploy and simpler to me to
utilizing polling if it works for your environment to handle such a case..
