Dear (I)*SM-ers,

a defect 3590 extended length cartridge was replaces by IBM.
When I try to label this cartridge for our 3494 library with
"LABEL libvolume lib3494 010251 checkin=scratch devtype=3590" I get the
following errors:

KEY=03 means: medium error
ASC=09 and ASCQ=00 mean: "Track following error".

Does this mean that the new cartridge is defect as well?
