We received the same error running 4.2.1.11 server code for AIX. TSM 3rd
level support told us to go to 4.2.2 server code and it should fix these
errors. BUT you have to run an 'auditdb' to rid the database of the
orphaned entries that are generating all of errors. Of course, depending on
your database size, an auditdb could take up to several days!
