AIX OS Upgrade from 4.3.3 to 5.1

Hi All

We are about to upgrade our AIX servers to AIX 5.1. Is there any gotchas 
concerning TSM servers and clients? I know that version 4.2.X of both must be 
installed but do we
have to change filesets when upgrading the OS?

Also, is there any performance gains when using the 64bit version of the server 
and client.
