looks like the reclaimed tapes won't be available until the 14 day reuse tiem 
expires now.   At least they are in a 'pending' state.   Is this what I should 
see?

Dave,
     The volumes in this pool must still have valid data on them. Do you
still have valid data on tapes in the associated primary tape pool?
Maybe you coul consolidate the tape using reclamation?
