dsmserv Crashes after 4.1 to 4.2 Upgrade

  I upgraded my 4.1 TSM server to 4.2 over the
weekend. Since that I have been unable to get the
server to start. When I try starting the server I get
the messages at the end of this email. Has anyone seen
this before?
