We use Control-M, but Tivoli's tool works too.

Basically, it is just like any other .bat or .sh or .pl file executing a
dsmadmc command.

Typically, what I do is put the dsmadmc command in a file and call it using.

dsmadmc -id=xxx -pa=xxx macro /the_file_to_execute
or
dsmadmc -id=xxx -pa=xxx macro \the_file_to_execute
