Specifically,

exclude "c:\documents and
settings\administrator.atl-corp-pdc\ntuser.dal.log"

Typo - should be "ntuser.dat.log" not "ntuser.dal.log"

and
exclude "c:\documents and settings\administrator.atl-corp-pdc\local
settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows\UsrClass.dat.LOG"

is exluding the .LOG, but the file it failed on is "UsrClass.dat" (no .LOG)
