Hi,

Try taking a look at APAR IC31840.

To get the 4.1.3 64-bit version of the GUI to run I have found it nessecary
(in a Bourne-like shell) to run it using:

export LC_CTYPE=C
dsm


The other workaround is to install the 32-bit client on the 64-bit kernel
machine.
