The CE did not do it right, but you can correct this by running an inventory
for the library. What will happen is the tape will then show up as lost.
If you run an offline full inventory then it will be totally gone.
Apparently, you have inventory turned off, not good because the library will
not put missing tapes in the I do not know category when something like this
happens.
