I have one client with shared memory protocol. This client, during the backup 
process, generate the following messages:

ANR9999D shmcomm.c(2172) ThreadId<34> Error attaching shared memory     block: 
The process table is full. 
ANR9999D shmcomm.c(1864) ThreadId<81> Error obtaining storage for data          
buffers. 

Does anyone have any idea about this?

The client version is 4.2.1.21 (The latest)
The server version is 4.2.1.9 (The latest)
