If you know which tapes contain the data from the client of interest,
can you MOVE DATA for those volumes to a collocated storage pool?
Then MOVE DATA again on the different sets of collocated volumes to
get each client's data where you want it.  It involves moving all the
data twice, but it doesn't sound _that_ messy.

Or will MOVE DATA to a collocated storage pool not collocate the
data?  I can't remember if I've tried this, and I haven't had the
need to move client data like this anyway.
