You need to install one before you can start it.

click on the GUI icon on your desktop, click on Utilities--> Setup Wizard.
clik on the TSM scheduler opotion and click next. once you've installed it,
you will need to start the service, assuming you're using NT.

If you're installing on win 9x let us know.
