I did not show you all the messages i am getting in my event Viewer.

I am also getting these 2 errors repeadedly.

Medium with completion code DD_MEDIA_NOT_EJECTED. Refer to the device's SCSI
reference for appropriate action.

 Dump Data: byte 0x3E=KEY, byte 0x3D=ASC, byte 0x3C=ASCQ "

and this one

"The device, \Device\ScsiPort1, did not respond within the timeout period. "


I have tested to replace my SCSI Atapder with no sucess.
