Hi I have a problem.

I am using TSM Server 4.2.1.4 WIN NT
I have a Qualstar Library TLS-8433
I have 2 IBM Ultrium 3580 drives (firmware 16E0)

This is a new library and, we are having repeded I/O Errors witch look like
this.

has anyone seen this?

When Space Reclimation starts it can only move about 75-90% of the tape and the
rest it always get a I/O error.


I get this error in my event log


"The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( Ultrium ) could not be found.
It contains the following insertion string(s): \Device\Tape1."

I have verified that


Dos anyone know what this means?
