Brian, I am running this configuration and it is working well.
We had some problems at 4.2.0 of tsm server, but 4.2.1 cleared them up.
4.2.1 is ptfs uq58439 - 442.

I never ran 4.1 in production, went from 3.7.4 directly to 4.2.0.
