Kelvin,

That is a manual process. You will have to move the files from one storage
pool volume to other storage pool volumes. You can move files from a primary
storage pool volume only to volumes in the same or a different primary
storage pool. You can move files from a copy storage pool volume only to
volumes in the same copy storage pool. This is the command:

MOVe Data volume_name STGpool=pool_name

Hi Kelvin

TSM does not automaticly move data between STGPools.
The Incremental backups will conntinue as nothing has happend, and if you
do
a restore you must restore from both the storage pools.

If you are planing to only use one of the storage pools you must manualy
move the data between the storage pools.
