What SP & version of TSA500.nlm are you using?  This sounds like a known
problem with Netware 5 & TSM.

Here is a previous post:
TSAUP7 is the answer, at least to the 'directory path not found' and 'file

I'm also having problems with my Netware 5 servers.  My Novell people are in
the process of upgrading these TSA's on 1 of my Netware 5 servers to test
this...
