Matt,

This is what your links for libobk.sl should look like:

$ORACLE_HOME/lib/libobk.sl -> /usr/lib/libobk.sl

/usr/lib/libobk.sl -> /opt/tivoli/tsm/client/oracle/bin/libobk.sl


If the one in $ORACLE_HOME/lib does not exist, create it. This should take
of your problem. You might have to run the relinking procedure outlined in
the manual, but I would try that if after you have done the softlink from
the ORACLE_HOME/lib and Oracle still fails.
