I know that setting the "resourceutilization" setting
in the dsm.opt allows us to write to multiple tape
drives simultaneously, and I am pretty sure that in a
restore operation if it is restoring files on multiple
tapes then it will mount multiple tapes.

Warning, the max setting on this is 10 and we had to
back down from this as it brought the TSM database to
almost a complete crawl for all other operations.  We
now have it set to 6.
