If set my Copy Serialization to STATIC and am not using any compression
(except, possibly unknown default settings) why would I get 3 or 4 retries
for open files?  I set it STATIC just for that reason - if it's in use and
important enough to backup, I use TDP's.  Otherwise, we don't care about it,
so quit trying to back it up, sometimes significantly extending the backup
time.
