Yes!  I couldn't remember the command...thanks.  But to access the
service window, you DO have to be in service mode.  I believe your first
guess is correct (tcpcfg).

Also, remember that you have to change the corresponding IP setting on
the attached server(s).  In the case of AIX, that's in
/etc/ibmatl.conf.  Not sure where it is on NT or other sys types.
