Write Errors on DLT's

We went from 4.1.x.x to 4.2.0.1 and now we have problems with the DLT's we
can read and restore from them but we can't write to them .
The error we get is write error and it the makes the tape read only . The
3575 magstar has no problem only the DLT's

The DLT's are DLT2700 ( seven slots and one drive ) need help !!!!!!!!!!!
