I am installing a TSM 4.2 testbed right now, and when you do, you get some
failures.  The failures are:

tivoli.tsm.devices.aix5.rte 4.2.0.0
tivoli.tsm.license.aix5.rte64 4.2.0.0
tivoli.tsm.server.aix5.rte64 4.2.0.0

due to a failed prerequisite of

bos.rte 5.1.0.0

(I am installing to Aix 4.3)

So, by implication, if I were installing on AIX5L, I wouldn't get the
failures.
