You should not have DELETED the destroyed volumes.
JUST LEAVE THEM in DESTROYED state.  TSM knows it can never mount a volume
that is marked DESTROYED.

DELETEing them purges the file entries out of the DB, which means the
entries for the COPY POOL tapes are also deleted!.

You will have to restore your DB again to get them back.
