Thanks but I've tried it from the command line too and still get the
following:

define devc lto library=lto3583 estcap=100g devt=lto format=drive
ANR2020E DEFINE DEVCLASS: Invalid parameter - LTO.

Damon,

LTO is not fully supported in the admin-web client in 4.1

You have to define the devclass from commandline:
DEFINE DEVCLASS {devclassname} DEVTYPE=LTO FORMAT=DRIVE LIBRARY={libname}
ESTCAP=100000M
