TSM 4.2 Win32 client requires 2 reboots?

There were a few posts this week from people who are successfully using the
4.2 client on NT.

I just tried installing it from the CD, and it forced me to reboot once at
the beginning of the install, then finished the install and told me to
reboot a SECOND TIME!

Is this normal for 4.2 on WinNT?
Any idea what makes this necessary?
Any way around it!?!
