TXNBYTELIMIT   25600

On the Server
TCPWINDOWSIZE  0 or 63
TCPNODELAY          yes
COMMTIMEOUT    increase
IDLETIMEOUT         increase

Control your network and try to detect errors in the backuptime.

But in our project the solution was an new driver for the ethernetadapter
on the server (TSM 3.7.3 on WinNT).
