TSM server crash when backing up a LINUX

Hi all,

Our TSM server is 3.7.4.6 and Linux client is 4.1.2.0, everytime when we
start to backup the Linux, the TSM server crashes immediately. Here are
a cut from dsmserv.err. Any idea?
