This must be a change in 4.1 -- I haven't looked there yet. I'm still on 3.7
which is quite happy to let me have 6 drives in one manual library. If 4.1
requires 6 manual libraries to support 6 drives, I can go that way as well
-- although I thought drives needed to be in the same library in order to do
copies and reclaims (I gotta go read the readme, I guess :-)

We end up using the 3151 console of the S7A as our TSM monitor during D/R --
I do a swcons to /var/log/console.log at boot, then start TSM without the
'quiet' option with stdout and stderr redirected to /dev/console. Works like
a charm (stole the idea from the IBM SP startup process).
