Anyone willing to stick their neck out or point me to someone who is...

What is Tivoli's official party line regarding the backup of NAS boxes?  I'm
thinking probably, "if it works fine, if it doesn't it isn't our problem."
I need for someone to say that if it's true.

I understand that many of the products out there are working on native TSM
clients to do this work.  I also understand that a client of the NAS box
should be able to backup shared filespaces and in many cases this probably
works just fine (naturally, it isn't working in my case!).
