Did you try specifying a valid sql userid and password?
For example:
sqldsmc /backupfull:* /SQLUSer:userid /SQLPWD:password
The default is "sa" for /SQLUSER and "" (blank) for SQLPWD.
Also, if this is running on a cluster, specify "/SQLSERVER=sqlservername".
