I don't know of an alternative to the commands you mention, but you
may be able to make the "query content" less painful than you expect.
On our 3.7 server, the "query content" command has operands for
selecting the files listed by node and file system.

You will need to save a copy of an ADSM or TSM database backup taken
while the Oracle backups of interest were part of the server's inventory
of backup files.
