Test FTP speeds versus ADSM backups.

On HP: 10.20 use lanadmin -x NMID   to check the interface configuration
HP 11.00 use lanadmin -x PPA to check the interface config.

Make sure the network is configured the same.  Make sure these are no
alignment errors.  Make sure you are not going though a router since they
are 100 MB.
