I get this message in my activity log.

ANR9999D afmigr.c(2632): Reconstruction of aggregates is
                      disabled. Run audit reclaim utilities to re-enable
                      reconstruction of aggregates.


Will this message have anything to do with me not being able to upgrade to
3.7.2.4? I believe this message is there because adsm.server.util fileset
was installed with the server. I have tried installing it but somehow when
we upgraded from 2.8 we went straight to 3.1 without 3.0. IBM also finds
this amazing. Needless to say, ADSM says we need the 3.0 utils before
upgrading to 3.1. I haven't found these utilities as any fileset on the
3.7 cd and even after installation of 3.7 on a test machine couldn't find
the audit reclaim utilities.
