Error 10038 according to Windows Error Codes is "WSAENOTSOCK Socket
Error 10038 according to Windows Error Codes is "WSAENOTSOCK Socket
operation on nonsocket" error which is due to a network type problem.
COMMTimeout & IDLETimeout should be raised significantly to overcome errors
in the future...
