Shekar... You might want to check the dsm.sys file(s) on your client (this is
for UNIX clients - you didn't mention what type platform your client is using)
and ensure that the "passwordaccess generate" function is actuated. Then check
your node's registration and update as required to set the password to be the
same as the node name and the password expiration to zero (if that is acceptable
in your environment). The node registrations should look like this:
reg node RAAS_PRD_DB RAAS_PRD_DB passe=0 contact="<<<contact name/info>>>"
comp=no archdel=yes backdel=yes clo=<<<any client options file you use>>>
maxnummp=1
Suggest you do a: h reg node or h upd node before doing this. The maxnummp may
have to be bumped up is you are using any SQL-BackTrack agents... I had to bump
to maxnummp=3 for SQL-BackTrack for Informix V3. Hope this helps
