Upgrading ADSM 3.1 to TSM 4.1

Subject: Upgrading ADSM 3.1 to TSM 4.1

Has anyone encouter any problems upgrading ADSM 3.1 to TSM 4.1 on a Sun box
for the server and Sun & AIX box for the clients?  The directory paths are
different, will this be a big problem or the upgrade will update all the
directory paths?
