Thiha - It would help all customers if Tivoli would greatly increase the
        default values for COMMTimeout and IDLETimeout.
The current defaults are unreasonably low, and as seen on this mailing
list, customers are continually running into session problems because
the defaults are too low.  The situation should be the inverse of what
it is today: higher defaults, with the customers being made aware that
they can decrease them as found warranted to assure a sufficient number
of sessions being possible within licensing numbers.
